Well I cant tell you his name or anything about him otherwise the entire plot of the story would be ruined, so I guess you'll just have to look at this till he pops up in the comic. All I can really say is that he's a very important villain.

Yeah I was stuck on a design for his legs, then I watched Start Wars and I'm like "Hey General Grievous's legs are awesome, lets use em!".

Oh yes, he has the largest armory of powers out of all the comic's characters but what how and why I cant answer.
